How do I apply for a SRG Finance Cash Loan?

What are the minimum requirements for a loan approval?

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Must be an Australian Citizen.
• Able to provide 100 points of identification.
• Able to satisfy the credit check process.
• Able to provide a bank statement, minimum 3 months from application date. Faxed to 03 9636 3200.
• Able to demonstrate regular employment for a minimum of 3 months.
• Wages / Salary must be paid directly into a bank account directly from your employer.
• Overdrawn occurrences on your bank account in the last 3 months must be no more than one.

How long does approval take?
In most cases approval can be made within 2 hours of receiving your application.

How will I know if my loan application has been approved?
An SRG Finance representative will call you on the contact number that you provide to inform you if your application was successful.

Once my loan has been approved, what happens then?
The relevant documents are drawn up and finalised. An SRG Finance representative will make an appointment to meet with you so your identification can be verified and your contract can be signed.

So the paperwork has been completed. How long does it take to get my money?
If the paperwork is completed and signed before 1400hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays) your money will be transferred into your bank account overnight via electronic funds transfer and made available for your withdraw the next working business day .

What if I want cash rather than have the money paid into my bank account?
SRG Finance employees do not hold cash nor do we hold cash at our premises. All monies lent are done via electronic funds transfer into your nominated bank account.

How are my loan repayments made?
All loan repayments are made via direct debit from your nominated bank account.

Can I make extra repayments on my loan?
Yes, extra repayments can be made with prior arrangements.

Can I make over the counter cash repayments?
No, SRG Finance does not accept repayments in the form of cash and can only accept payment in the form of a direct debit from your nominated bank account.

What happens if I can’t make a repayment?
You must contact us as soon as you know that the payment can not be made so that alternative payment arrangements can be made.

How will I know when all my repayments have been made and the loan is paid out in full?
SRG Finance will provide you with a regular account statement on a 3 monthly basis and at the time of your loan payout will provide you with a letter confirming the payout of your loan.
